The CTFA in the capacity, ex officio, the Executive Director is duly authorised to sign Certificates of Free Sale (COFS) for Member Companies attesting Member Company Registration and Membership Validation and the product list. The Member requirement is requested by way of a Formal Undertaking from the Member Company.
Certificates of Free Sale (COFS) are endorsed by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCI).
