It is becoming more and more important for all companies to understand the regulatory requirements due to the impending Department of Health (DoH) regulations. In the regulated framework the labelling, claims, advertising and metrology requirements will become mandatory. The CTFA is working closely with members to provide a proactive approach to artwork reviews and to encourage compliance.

These regulations, together with various Standards outlined by the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS), which is freely available to our members, form the basis of the artwork reviews we provide to members.
