CTFA Annual Report 2021

LGFB receives no government funding, so relies entirely on the support and generosity of member companies, supporting organizations and individual fundraisers. During the year LGFB has received exposure from companies like Avon Justine at the iThemba Walkathon and financial support from Estee Lauder and AVI. We have 3 major fundraisers each year. Our Johannesburg Golf Day at Randpark Golf Club and the KZN Golf Day at Zimbali were once again a highlight in the golfer’s calendar whereas our Port Elizabeth Cancer Annual High Tea event was cancelled due to COVID-19. Thank you to our loyal members, sponsors and donors who have been committed to the cause by providing funding even during financial tough times. Your funds have helped us to get a great deal of work done with more ease and less stress, as the lack of financial support can be a major glitch. Thank you for having faith in our organization and for understanding and sharing our purpose.
